At your first visit, we will begin with an evaluation of your current condition, including a thorough review of your medical history, history of your current problem and bowel and bladder habits, and sexual habits as they relate to your symptoms. 

 

A comprehensive physical exam will assess your posture, strength and mobility.  An internal pelvic floor ms assessment may be warranted and this will be discussed at length prior to the exam. 

 

We will then,  together,  discuss your goals and come up with an individualized treatment plan to help you meet those goals. Having a one on one therapist for up to 60 minutes allows us to optimize the time we spend together to reach those goals faster.
